At Vegas DTF Pro, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the customized nature of our products, we have specific guidelines in place for returns and refunds.
1. Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable
All DTF transfers and custom print orders are made-to-order based on your submitted artwork or specifications. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom products unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a resolution, please provide:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A description of the problem
We will either:
Reprint and resend the correct product at no extra cost, or
Offer a store credit or refund (at our discretion)
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, production may begin, and cancellation may not be possible.
4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
If your package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist you where possible.
5. Color & Print Disclaimer
Due to variations in screen settings and garment types, final colors may differ slightly from your digital mockup. These minor discrepancies do not qualify for a return or refund.
