Gang Sheets Las Vegas
A gang sheet is the most cost-effective way to order DTF transfers. Instead of buying each transfer on its own, you fill one sheet with as many logos, sizes and designs as will fit. At G Graphics, we print DTF gang sheets in Las Vegas in-house at our shop inside Rancho Discount Mall, and you pay for the sheet, not per design.
Gang sheet sizes and prices
Every sheet is 15.5 inches wide. You choose the length. Here's the full price list, which is the same for the DTF Gang Sheet Builder and for Upload a Gang Sheet. The last column shows roughly what you pay per square inch of printable area, worked out from the sheet price:
| Sheet size | Price | Approx. cost per sq in |
|---|---|---|
| 15.5β³ Γ 17β³ | $9.00 | $3.4Β’ |
| 15.5β³ Γ 34β³ | $18.00 | $3.4Β’ |
| 15.5β³ Γ 51β³ | $27.00 | $3.4Β’ |
| 15.5β³ Γ 68β³ | $34.00 | $3.2Β’ |
| 15.5β³ Γ 85β³ | $40.00 | $3.0Β’ |
| 15.5β³ Γ 102β³ | $47.00 | $3.0Β’ |
| 15.5β³ Γ 119β³ | $53.00 | $2.9Β’ |
| 15.5β³ Γ 136β³ | $58.00 | $2.8Β’ |
| 15.5β³ Γ 170β³ | $70.00 | $2.7Β’ |
| 15.5β³ Γ 199β³ | $79.00 | $2.6Β’ |
Longer sheets cost less per square inch. A 17-inch sheet works out to about 3.4Β’ per square inch, while a 199-inch sheet is about 2.6Β’. If you have steady, repeat orders, a longer sheet usually saves money.
How to choose a gang sheet size
Start with your largest design. Most designs need to fit within the 15.5-inch width, so a full-front shirt print and a few small logos can often share one row. Then work through these steps:
- List every transfer you need, with its finished size and quantity. Include the small extras like left-chest logos, sleeve hits, and neck labels.
- Add up the length. Lay designs out side by side across the 15.5-inch width and stack rows down the sheet. Small logos tuck into gaps around larger prints.
- Round up to the next size. If your layout needs about 40 inches, the 51-inch sheet ($27.00) gives you room, and the leftover space can hold spare copies of your most-used logo.
- Consider a longer sheet for inventory. If you'll be pressing the same designs again, printing extras now on a longer sheet lowers your cost per transfer.
Not sure? Order a 17-inch sheet ($9.00) to test a design, or call us at (702) 444-6244 and we'll talk it through.
Two ways to order
DTF Gang Sheet Builder: pick a sheet size, click Create a Gang Sheet, then upload and arrange your designs online. It's a good fit if you have separate design files and want to see them laid out before ordering.
Upload a Gang Sheet: already have a finished layout? Upload a high-resolution PNG or PDF (300 DPI, transparent background preferred) and we'll check compatibility so it can move into production quickly.
File tips for clean gang sheets
- Set designs at final print size, at 300 DPI.
- Use a transparent background so only your artwork prints.
- Avoid text smaller than about 6 pt and hairline strokes.
- Pack designs tightly. Unused space is space you've paid for.
More detail is in our file guide. When your transfers are ready, follow our press instructions: it's a hot-peel film, pressed at 280β290Β°F for 15 seconds.

Frequently asked questions
What size gang sheets do you offer?
All sheets are 15.5 inches wide, in ten lengths from 17 inches ($9.00) to 199 inches ($79.00).
Do I pay per design?
No. You pay for the sheet, not per design, so packing more artwork onto one sheet lowers your cost per transfer.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. A single 17-inch sheet is fine.
Should I use the builder or upload a file?
Use the DTF Gang Sheet Builder if you want to arrange designs online. Use Upload a Gang Sheet if you already have a finished, print-ready file.
What file format do you need?
PNG with a transparent background preferred, or PDF, at 300 DPI at final print size. RGB is fine.
