1. Who We Are and Agreement to These Terms

This website and store are operated by G GRAPHICS LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as G Graphics ("G Graphics," "we," "us"). By using ggraphics.net or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Using the Site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any illegal purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to upload harmful code. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts at our discretion.

3. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep product details, prices, and descriptions accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by an error at any time. Our press instructions are general guidance; results depend on your equipment and materials.

4. Products and Pricing

We sell custom DTF (direct-to-film) gang sheets, 15.5 inches wide, in 14 lengths priced from $9 to $120. You order through our online Gang Sheet Builder or by uploading a print-ready gang sheet file. Our products are transfers that you heat press yourself. Prices and products may change at any time without notice; the price at checkout applies to your order. Nevada sales tax is collected where required.

5. Payment

Payment is charged in full when you place your order. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that your billing information is accurate.

6. Your Artwork and Proofing

  • We recommend files at 300 DPI at print size with a transparent PNG background.
  • We print your files exactly as submitted. We do not edit, correct, or proof customer files.
  • You are responsible for checking spelling, sizing, layout, resolution, transparency (including semi-transparent pixels), and backgrounds before ordering.
  • Printed colors may differ from what you see on screen. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

7. Content Rights and Responsibility

You keep ownership of your artwork and are solely responsible for having the rights to print it, including any trademarks, logos, characters, or copyrighted images. We may refuse or cancel any order with content we believe is illegal, infringing, or hateful. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless G GRAPHICS LLC and its owners and staff from any claims, losses, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from your content or your use of our products.

8. Orders, Turnaround, and Cancellations

Most orders placed by 1pm PT on business days are produced the same day, but turnaround is not guaranteed. Orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Delays from equipment, carriers, weather, or force majeure are not grounds for a refund. Remedies for production errors are described in our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, damaged or wasted garments or blanks, or missed events or deadlines. Products are provided as described, without other warranties except those required by law.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
