All Sales Are Final

Every DTF gang sheet we print is made to order from your artwork. Because custom transfers can't be resold, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, ordering mistakes, or artwork you submitted.

If We Made a Mistake

If your order has a production error caused by us (for example, misprinting, missing prints, or a defect in the film or ink), and we verify it, we will reprint the affected transfers. A reprint is your sole remedy. If a reprint isn't possible, we may issue store credit or a refund instead, at our discretion.

How to Report a Problem

  • Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package or picking up your order.
  • Email orders@ggraphics.net with your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the transfers. For shipped orders, also include photos of the package and packaging.
  • We may ask for more photos or for the transfers to be returned before we approve a reprint.

Reports received after 5 business days cannot be accepted.

What Is Not Covered

  • File issues: low resolution, spelling or text errors, sizing, transparency or semi-transparent pixels, unwanted backgrounds, or colors that look different than on your screen. We print files as submitted and do not edit them.
  • Pressing issues: wrong temperature, time, or pressure, unsuitable fabric, or not following our press instructions.
  • Pressed garments: transfers already applied to garments, unless the defect is clearly our production error.

Cancellations

You may cancel only before printing starts. Many orders go into production the same day, so contact us right away at (702) 444-6244 or orders@ggraphics.net. Once printing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

Duplicate Orders

If you place the same order twice by mistake, we can cancel the duplicate only if it has not been printed yet. Duplicates already printed are final.

Shipping Problems

Lost or damaged packages, and orders sent to an incorrect address, are handled under our Shipping Policy.
